The Reunion Planning Committee is organizing a 79th Anniversary Reunion with details as follows:
Dates: 15-18 September
Location: Trenton
Hotel: Ramada Inn Trenton. Reservations are open. The options for rooms are:
Queen Room x 35 rooms
Two Double Bed Room x 3 rooms
Cost: Will have a base cost of $199.96 which includes the Meet & Greet, Saturday Themed Dinner, Sunday Banquet and access to the hospitality suite for the entire weekend. Additional fees will be applied for golf, poker, St-Anne’s Spa. For those that cannot attend the entire weekend, individual tickets will be available for the Friday Night Meet & Greet and Sunday night banquet.
AS REUNIONS ARE A PERK OF ASSOCIATION MEMBERSHIP, ATTENDEES MUST BE AN ACTIVE MEMBER OF THE ASSOCIATION TO PARTICIPATE. MEBERSHIP DUES ARE $30.00 PER YEAR.

All rooms are $189.00 per night which is a discounted price (hard to believe I know). The rooms are blocked off until August at which time they will re-enter the pool and interested guests will be competing against everyone else for a room. Although there is lots of time between now and August, please do not hesitate to get your room as they are sure to fill up fast.

Friday:
2-5 pm Arrival and registration
6-9 pm Meet n’ Greet with kit-shop and equipment display
10pm Continued Social Hospitality Suite
Saturday:
Breakfast Self Catered
Option 1 Golf 9-1pm followed by relaxed lunch and tour of 424 (T&R) Sqn and early Happy Hour at a local pub
Option 2 Shuttled Winery Tour of Prince Edward County 10-3pm
3-6 pm Relaxation and Hang-out time back at hotel
6-9pm Medieval Themed Dinner at location TBD

Sunday:
Ladies 730am-330pm All-Inclusive Spa Day at St-Anne’s Spa(Around an 30min bus trip…so really 8-3)
Members 9am-11am AGM

Special add-on events:
Golf: We will be golfing the 8 Wing Golf Course. It will be 18 holes, with carts and rentals included in the price.
Poker Tournament: $20.00
All Inclusive Spa Day at St Anne’s Spa $250.00 includes $150.00 spa credit, breakfast, lunch and use of all facilities. This bundle normally sells for $420.00 at the spa but is being subsidized by our generous sponsors to honour our members.
